He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Daniel Skinner and Marie Christine Russell Skinner. He is survived by: his sisters, Jeannine Rummage of Albemarle and Jo-Ann Tindal of Albemarle; his nephew Chris Rummage (Linda) of Newton, NC; his niece Darlene Harward Coley (Rickey) of Norwood, NC; and his brother John Martin Skinner.
