It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raymond Lee Jackson (Albemarle, North Carolina), born in Clinton, North Carolina, who passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertis Jackson and Alma Cannady Jackson; his wife Mary Jane Wall Jackson; and his granddaughter Shannon Nicole Jackson. He is survived by: his children, Dale Jackson (Vickie) of Maryville, TN, Rev. Steve Jackson (Bonita) of Albemarle and Deanna Osborne (Steve) of Myrtle Beach; and his brother R. A. Jackson of Southmont, NC. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
