He was predeceased by: his father Tommy Allen Morton; and his brother Joseph Morton. He is survived by: his mother Beatrice Erving Morton; his wife Bonnie Boudov Morton; his sons, Joel Allen Morton, Mark Allan Morton of Albemarle and Theodore "Teddy" Aydon Morton of Albemarle; and his sisters, Pamela Anne Mayhew (Keith) of Matthews, NC and Suzanne Angela Pressley (Rodney) of Monroe, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care, PO Box 207, Albemarle, NC 28002 to help with his funeral expenses.
