He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Eury and Estelle Sedberry Eury; his brothers, Junior Eury, RJ Eury, Russell Eury and Robert Eury; and his stepmother Ruth M. Eury.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Eury of Albemarle, NC; his daughters, Brenda Eury, Karen Sides (Jerry) of Albemarle, NC and Angie Eury (Lance Baldwin) of Oakboro, NC; his grandchildren, Ashley Marsters (Larry) and Jacob Sides; his great grandchildren, Hayden Miller, Laya Miller, Ella Marsters and Lilly Sides; and his brothers, Wayne Eury and Alan Eury.
