He was predeceased by: his son Patrick D. Parker Jr.; his siblings, Shirley P. Kluttz and Larry; and his parents, Travis D. Parker and Inez R. Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Norma W. Parker; his daughter Robin P. Culp (Jerry); his granddaughters, Savanna C. Forrest (Matthew) and Olivia B. Culp (Jalen); and his great grandchildren, Braxton Forrest, Bentley Forrest and Brooks Forrest.
