Patricia Hester Adcock Hammack Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2023, at the age of 90, Patricia Hester Adcock Hammack of Albemarle, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Charles Hester and Velma Mae Wilson Hester; her husband Gerald Hammack; her grandson Rob Thomas; and also, Wallace Adcock and Highway Patrolman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Adcock Cameron (Jim) of Oakboro and Debbie Adcock Thomas (Randy) of Marshville; her granddaughters, Carrie Stroud (Chris) of Marshville, Stephanie Church (Jerry) of Monroe and Shannon Carpenter (Justin) of Peachland; and her great grandchildren, Cameron Stroud, Alexys Laney, Jada Church, Juliana Church, Weston Carpenter and Daylen Carpenter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Oakboro First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 10, Oakboro, NC 28129.
