She was predeceased by: her husband Virgil Leo Andrews; her son Jimmy Andrews; and her siblings, Jeanett Poplin Parker, Martin Junior Poplin and Billy Poplin.
She is survived by: her son Ricky Andrews (Bobbie) of Albemarle; her sisters, Shirley Poplin Morton of Albemarle and Diane Poplin Blalock of New London; her granddaughter Christy Vanhoy (Jeff) of Garden City, SC; and her great grandchildren, Garrett Burleson, Andrew Burleson and Lindsay Vanhoy.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Stanly Funeral & Cremation Care - Albemarle (1835 Badin Rd, Albemarle, NC 28001). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Memorial Park (1425 E Main St, Albemarle, NC 28001).
