She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Hoyle Hathcock and Bertha Magdalene Morton Hathcock; and her siblings, Larry Hathcock, Dorman Hathcock, Betty Ussery and Jeanette Roberson.
She is survived by: her husband Nathan Edwards; her children, Wanda Vick (Robert) of Albemarle and Wayne Hathcock (Odessa); and her granddaughters, Cindy Page (Jimmy) and Nikki Prevatte (Corey).
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM and on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM. Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle (406 E Main St, Albemarle, NC 28001).
