Melody Culp Myers Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2025, at the age of 76, Melody Culp Myers of Albemarle, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Peck and Ruby Dixon Peck; and her sister Vickie Peck. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Shelton (Stan) of New London, NC; her grandchildren, Grayson Shelton (Hannah), Reese Shelton (Kathryn Paige) and Camille Parrish (Chasen); her sister Becky Preslar (David); her nephews, Matthew Preslar (Christen) and Mason Preslar (Meredith); her great-nephew Noah Preslar; and her friends, Lynne Edwards, Barbara Fine and Patricia Braxton (William).
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Canton Baptist Church (24615 Endy Rd, Albemarle, NC 28001). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Canton Baptist Church.
