He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jarrett Walker and Elizabeth Harrison Walker; and his siblings, Bobby Walker, Harold Walker and Connie Loflin.
He is survived by: his wife Claudette Walker; his children, Nelson Walker (Anna) of Millingport and Joan Hahn (Ken) of New London; his grandchildren, William Walker (Sheri), Martha Harrington (Michael), Christy Carter (Aaron), Stephanie Walker and Christopher Walker; his stepgrandsons, Josh Hawley (Jaycie), Zachary Hawley (Lisa) and Christopher Hawley (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Kayden Walker, Gracie Walker, Hudson Carter, Hadley Carter, Harper Carter, Brodie Walker and Huntley Carter; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Silas Hawley, Kai Hawley, Daisey Hawley, Willow Hawley, Azalea Hawley and Canaan Hawley; and his sister Jettie Whitley.
