It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marshall Lee Dockery of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on February 19, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Marshall and Mary Frances Yarborough Dockery; and his siblings, Amanda Poole, Gerald Dockery and Eddie Yarborough.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Metz (Pamela) and Angela Dockery (Christopher Conyers); his grandchildren, Shanita Dockery, Joshua Dockery, Ashley Dockery (Eric Dunston) and Dijonna McLendon; his great grandchildren, Riley and Raylen McLendon; his sister Elder Mae Jackson (Jay); his nephew Keith Jackson (Denise); and his niece Destiny Jackson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
