It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Gordon Snuggs Sr. of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Snuggs and Bonnie Barnes Snuggs; and his son-in-law Dr. Larry Bridge. He is survived by: his children, Kim Bridge of New London, Gordon Snuggs of Albemarle and Mitchell Snuggs; and his sister-in-law Ethel Snuggs of Durham. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
