He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Mauney and Rachel Gray Mauney. He is survived by: his wife Betty Furr Mauney; his children, Chris Mauney (Cindy) of Albemarle and Robin Mauney of Albemarle; his brothers, Wayne Mauney of Florida and Bill Mauney of Mt. Pleasant; and his stepdaughters, Angela Fesperman of Albemarle and Judy Chappell of Albemarle. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
