He is survived by: his wife Brenda Williams Privette; his stepchildren, Doyle Hatley (Lorrie) of Albemarle and Tonya Hatley Barbee (Richard) of Albemarle; his brothers, Tommy Privette of Mt. Croghan, SC, Mike Privette (Debbie) of Mt. Croghan, SC and Alvin Privette (Kayle) of Wadesboro; and his grandchildren, Kayla Hatley Dowd (Spencer) of Lewisville, NC and Diesel Rayne Barbee of Albemarle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
