She was predeceased by: her parents, David Parsons and Lois Hughes Parsons; and her husband Lathan G. Cox. She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Jean Collins (Brian) of Albemarle, NC and Sherrie Ann Richards of Albemarle, NC; and her siblings, Clement Parsons (Mae) of Albemarle, NC, Sedina Bush (Jim) of Melbourn, FL, Vickie Edwards (Ray) of Advance, NC and Debbie Saunders (Phillip) of Ophir, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
