She was predeceased by: her father Daniel Harris; her husband Harry Earl Collingwood, Jr.; her former husband Paul David Shaver; and her siblings, Jewel Elliott, Christine Lynch and Melvin Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Collingwood Burleson (Steve) of Mount Gilead, NC and Harry Dale Collingwood (Kathy Cooke) of Troy, NC; her grandchildren, Eric Burleson (Michelle) of Apex, NC, Kristin Colvin (Curtis) of Albemarle, NC, Blair Hesley (Boomer) of Palmer, AK, Kimberly Allen (Tommy) of Locust, NC and Dale Jordan Collingwood (Tabitha) of Aquadale, NC; and her great grandchildren, Julia Burleson, Isabella Burleson, Hailey Colvin, Kimber Colvin, Emma Hesley, Jack Hesley, Harlow Allen and Clark Allen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
