With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Juanita Carpenter of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on August 29, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Atlas Barbee and Bessie Barbee of Locust, NC.; her husbands, Ray Thomas and Jerry Carpenter; her brothers, Wilson, Aaron and Dwain Barbee; and her grandson Kevin Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Stump (Dan) and Dwain Thomas (Eva Gean); her grandson Joshua Thomas (Britney); and her great grandchildren, Landon, Addie and Paxton Thomas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Ground 40, 303 Dale Street, Monroe, NC 28112, an organization very near and dear to our hearts, or a charity of your choice.
