He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Alexander Harris and Lillie Jane Hunsucker Harris; his former wife Doris Duke Sasser Harris; his wife Bessie Janet Bost Harris; his son Mickey T. Bost, Sr.; and his siblings, Clayton Calvin Harris, Willie Rayvon Harris, Lottie H. Mabry, Sally Mae Moore, Vera H. Owens and Ines Harris.
He is survived by: his children, Johnny Benny Harris of Oakboro, NC, Elva Marie Hill (Larry) of Albemarle, NC and Frankie Ann Biles (Todd) of Albemarle, NC; his daughter-in-law Linda C. Bost of Ozark, AL; and his sister Colline H. Gibson of Troy, NC. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
