With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Michael Winecoff Jr. of Albemarle, North Carolina, born in Kannapolis, North Carolina, who passed away on April 18, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Winecoff, Sr. and Beatrice Cartner Winecoff. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Watts Winecoff; his daughters, Amy Winecoff (Joe) of Austin, TX and Carrie Winecoff Shevelson (Joey) of Seattle, WA; and his grandchildren, Josie and Max Shevelson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made in his name to the Stanly County Humane Society at 2049 Badin Rd., Albemarle, NC 28001.
