He was predeceased by: his parents, Harris Rummage and Lula Rummage; and his wife Gladys. He is survived by: his children, Wayne Rummage (Nancy) and Jeanette Eatman (Barrett); and his grandchildren, Brandon Rummage, Eric Rummage (Amy) and Jana Eatman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in John's name to Cottonville Baptist Church, 4888 Plank Road, Norwood, NC 28128.
