She was predeceased by: her parents, Colon Whitley and Florence Myers Whitley; her brothers, Carroll Whitley, Kenneth "Pete" Whitley and Charles "Pinky" Whitley; and her siblings-in-law, Scott Honeycutt and Jettie Seahorn.
She is survived by: her husband Darrell Honeycutt of Albemarle, NC; her daughters, Erika Howard (Phillip) and Tomeka Steen (Jimmy); her grandchildren, PJ, Keltsi and Karli; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Hannah, Judson, Seth, Amelia and Daphne; her siblings, Cathy Smith, Wayne, Gary and Larry Whitley; and her sister-in-law Colette Abernathy (Dorland). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
