He is survived by: his wife Gayle Talbert Pharis; his daughters, Kim Pharis Overcash (Brian), Angie Pharis Timmons (Chris) and Alyssa Pharis; his stepson Douglas Talbert (Beth); his grandchildren, Kirstie Beasley, Dalton Beasley, Lexie Timmons, Tyler Spurlock and Taylor Spurlock; his stepgrandchildren, Morgan, Will Talbert, Josie and Drew Talbert; his great grandchild Jace Beasley; and his nieces, Jan Coleman, Susie Allen, Brenda Wells and Linda Miller.
