Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Janice Rogers Brewer of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 85, on January 8, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Rogers and Leila Rogers; and her sister Sylvia Harkey (Donald Brewer). She is survived by: her husband Donald Brewer; her daughters, Ellen Blue (Terry) and Cindy Purser (Kelly); her sister Pam Rogers; her nieces, Sharon Lambeth and Meneika Helms; her grandchildren, Samantha Malinda (Ben), Joshua and Lucas Megson; and her great grandchild Lucy.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Central United Methodist Church (172 N 2nd St, Albemarle, NC 28001).
In lieu of flowers, Janice's family has requested memorial donations be made to the Stanly County YMCA.
