Smith Jr. (Chanita), Cedric Smith and Justana Smith (Marques Isabell) of Gastonia, NC; his grandchildren, Joshua, Josiah, Z'Mar, Z'Montae, Stephon, Shakiya, Tamara, Zaryiell and Taneara; his great grandchild Kynnedi Cymone; his siblings, John H. Smith, Walter S. Smith, Shirley Morgan, Mildred Brown (Leon), Georgia Haywood and Verious Hinson; and his close friend Doris McCoy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
