It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Guy Dyar of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Dyer and Edith Cox Dyer; his wife Lillian Dyar; and his son Steven Wallace Dyar. He is survived by: his daughter Edith Johnson; and his adoptive father John Scardina.
