It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gil Terry Johnson of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Jane Hatley Mann and Ned Mann. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Almond Johnson; his stepson Sean Black (Hailey) of Norwood, NC; his brothers, Donnie Mann (Janie) of Albemarle, NC and Eddie Mann (Karen) of Albemarle, NC; his grandchildren, Austin Burleson and Natalie Black; and his great grandchild Maverick Burleson. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
