She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Byrd and Letha Efird Byrd; her husband Jerry Pharis; and her son Joe Talbert. She is survived by: her son Doug Talbert (Beth) of Albemarle, NC; her grandchildren, Morgan, Josie Talbert, Will and Drew Talbert; and her sisters, Lana Misenheimer (Fred) and Sue Grubb (Don).
