He was predeceased by: his father Leon Blalock. He is survived by: his mother Pauline Lambert Blalock; his grandson Dakota Barfield; his children, Kelley Blalock (Lisa), Cindy Barfield (Bobby) and Tracy Blalock (Amy); and his grandchildren, Hunter Blalock (Taylor), Reed Blalock (Justin), Lainey Wagoner (Luke) and Macy Barfield (Seth Mathieu). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
