Faye Yarbrough Furr Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Faye Yarbrough Furr of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on April 13, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Yarbrough and Mellie Johnson Yarbrough; and her children, Beverly Ann Corne and Lester Corne Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Phillip "Sonny" Furr; and her children, Delores Faye Corne Smith of Richfield, Deborah Corne Locklear (Terry) of Lugoff, SC, Don Corne of Concord and Darlene Corne Johnson (Robert) of Wilmington. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren, 12 great-greatgrandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Stanly County Senior Center and the Stanly County Humane Society.
