He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Norman Medlin and Evelyn Harris Medlin; and his grandson Chad Norman Treadaway. He is survived by: his wife Jane Forte Medlin of Albemarle, NC; his children, Kip Medlin (Linda) and Wendy Treadaway (Frankie); his grandchildren, Kaleb Medlin, Misty Treadaway Fontana (Mike), Kacey Medlin and Zack Medlin (Hannah); his great grandchildren, Madalyn and Maddox Fontana; and his siblings, Roger, Doug, Ted, Pat, Guy Medlin and Wanda Hinson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
