He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Oris Watkins and Alma Watkins; and his wife Eleanor Whatley Watkins. He is survived by: his children, Pam McDonald of Albemarle, Clay Watkins (Melinda) of Albemarle and Guy Watkins of Lexington. He is also survived by 8 grandkids.
