She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leonard and Minnie Leonard; her husband James Wilson; and her brothers, Walter and Aaron Leonard.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Hendrick (Bill) of Albemarle and Tony Stegall (Sherry) of Concord; her grandchildren, Christy Bargesser (Michael), Danielle Mills (Jonathan) and Eric Stegall; her great grandchildren, Katie (Tyler), Drew (Gracie), Miley, Jase, Lily, Abram, Mariel, Ivey, Leighton and Brooklyn; and her great great grandchildren, Lila and Ada.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Memorial Park (2001 E Main St, Albemarle, NC 28001-9106).
