He is survived by: his wife Pamela Vanhoy Locklear; his children, Wendy Brown of Albemarle, Brian Locklear (Yazmin) of Albemarle and Earl Locklear Jr. (Brittny) of Albemarle; his siblings, Rev. Ray Locklear (Patricia) of Denton and Glenn Locklear (Cathy) of Norwood; and his grandchildren, Andrea Caudle (Nick) of Polkton, Cameron Brown of South Carolina, Zackary Locklear of Concord, Evan Locklear of Georgia and Kaden Locklear of Georgia.
