He is survived by: his wife Nancy Almond Fincher; his son Todd Lewis Fincher of Albemarle; his grandsons, Dustin Fincher (Lisa) of Albemarle and Matthew Lewis Fincher of Albemarle; and his great grandchildren, Jillian and Kyler Fincher.
