It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Allen Shaver of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on March 11, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shaver and Pauline Shaver. He is survived by: his wife Robin Black Shaver; his children, Stacy Ragsdale (Curtis) of Albemarle and Dr. Matthew Shaver (Elizabeth) of Albemarle; his grandchildren, Brandon Ragsdale (Alexis), Madison Ragsdale (Manuel Ubaldo), Jackson Shaver, Isabella Shaver, Caroline Shaver and Jameson Shaver; and his siblings, Judy Barbee and Lynn Shaver (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
