He was predeceased by: his parents, Purdy Dorman Howell and Pearl Faye Burleson Howell; his daughter Connie Rea; and his siblings, Bill Howell, Catherine Burleson and Vickie Howell.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Howell; his daughter Jo Ann Huffman (Cluie); his granddaughter Jessica Girton (Jeromy); his great grandchild Emilie Annsister; and his sister Betty Howell Furr. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Canton Baptist Church (24615 Endy Rd, Albemarle, NC 28001). A burial was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
