With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darrell Eugene Comer of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on January 25, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Waldon Comer and Dallie Grace Hatley Comer. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Page Comer; his children, Todd Comer (Jill) of New London, NC and Kimberly Harward (David) of New London, NC; his grandchildren, Daniel Comer, Shannon Harward, Jacob Comer (Holly) and Andrew Harward; his great grandchildren, Memphis Comer and Beau Comer; and his siblings, Donald Comer (Lucy) and Pat Morgan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
