He is survived by: his mother Janette Whittington Chappell; his children, David Lamar Chappell-Fesperman, Jessica Chappell and Crystal Burr; his sister Savannah Honeycutt; his grandchildren, Kinstin, Charity, Trinity, Serenity, Caylynn, Kourtlynn, Allison and Miley; and his brothers, Michael Chappell, James Chappel and Eugene Chappell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
