It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cleo Efird of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on January 17, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Ridenhour and Eller Frances Ridenhour; her husband Jzener Efird; her siblings, Arthur, Clarence, Joe, Archie Ridenhour and Berniece Winecoff; and her grandson Adam Efird.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Kendrick, Jeffrey and Kelvin Efird (Marlene); and her sisters, Jewell Little and Carolyn Whitley. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
