She is survived by: her children, Dr. Philip D. Veatch, MD (Nancy) of Albemarle and Vickie Lynn Veatch of Albemarle; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Allen (Jeremy), Karen Stone (Patrick), Jeremy Veatch (Christina), Michael Veatch (Amber) and Emily Shockley (Bryce). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Union Chapel United Methodist Church (24325 US-52, Albemarle, NC 28001). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
