He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Frank Hathcock and Patsy Cranford Hathcock; his wife Brenda Renae Hathcock; and his brother James Lee Hathcock. He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Hathcock of Albemarle and Kevin Hathcock (April) of Albemarle; his brothers, Ronnie Hathcock (Gail) of Albemarle and Roger Hathcock (Joyce) of New London; his grandson Trent Hathcock of Albemarle; and his sister-in-law Jane Hathcock of Albemarle. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Highland Baptist Church (106 Highland Dr, New London, NC 28127). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the Palestine Cemetery.
