She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Ramon Talbert and Zula Fink Talbert; her husband James A. Cagle; her son Charles R. Cagle; and her sister Eula Talbert Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Lynn Cagle of Albemarle, James "Jamie" Adam Cagle (Robi) of Albemarle and Tina Diana Cagle of Albemarle; and her grandchildren, Jason Paul Cagle of New London and Tracy Lynn Cagle of Concord.
