He was predeceased by: his father Dewey Lee Campbell; and his brother-in-law Jay English. He is survived by: his wife Annette P. Campbell; his mother Shelby Lambert Campbell; and his sisters, Sherrie English and Dee Dameron (Terry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other extended family.
