Gary Briggs Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary Briggs of Alamance, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 24, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Odell Briggs and Pauline Parker Briggs; and his sister Peggy Hinkle. He is survived by: his wife Beth Beck Briggs; his children, Christopher "Mark" Briggs (Robin) and Sherry Elizabeth Briggs (Ken Arthur); his brother Ron Briggs (Bebe); his grandchildren, Lauren Briggs, Alexis Briggs, Nathan Arthur, Amanda Parks (Josh) and Abby Conder (Brandon); and his great grandchild Gordon Parks.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A graveside service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Mt. View Baptist Church Cemetery.
