He is survived by: his wife Debra Sharon Phillips Watson; and his children, Billy Watson (Terri), Jeanette Harris (Jeff), David Watson (Dana), Sandra Watson, Robin Small, Jennifer Jones and Dana Kelsey. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
