He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Glenn Duckworth and Alice Clapp Duckworth; his wife Sandra Moon Duckworth; his son James Duckworth; and his brother Denzell Lee Duckworth.
He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Simpson (Bobby); his grandchildren, Audrey Simpson, Robert Daniel Simpson and Joseph Alexander Simpson; and his brother James Andrew Duckworth. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
