He was predeceased by: his siblings, Herman Monroe, George Monroe and Teresa Monroe. He is survived by: his wife Monica Walker Monroe; and his siblings, Vaughn Monroe, Darcy Monroe, Allen Monroe, Francine Monroe and Anna Monroe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews other relatives and dear friends.
