He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis York Clark Sr. and Ora Andrews Clark; his wife Mary "Lou" Frazier; his son Bruce; and his son-in-law John Pruitt.
He is survived by: his daughter Vicky Pruitt; his daughter-in-law Pam Clark; his grandsons, Justin (Mary), Phillip, Michael (Megan) and Joshua (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Emma Grace, Isley Ann, Olive Mae, Nora Jane, June Clark and Adaleigh Marie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
