He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Parker and Ida Lee Mebane Parker; his son Charles Douglas "Red" Parker; his grandson Leland Jeffries; and his brothers, Woody Parker, Fleming Parker and Donald Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Hogan Parker; his children, Tommy Elton Parker and Koronda Lee Parker; his grandchildren, Channell Jeffries Thompson (Maurice), LeVan Jeffries, Terrius Parker and Jarrell Parker; his siblings, Janie White, Ricky Parker and Mike Parker; and his sisters-in-law, Laverne Parker and Sue Parker. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
