He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jake Capps and Eva Capps; his children, Lee Capps (Susan), Lynn Cregger, Martha Blevins and Billy Capps (Rhonda); and his sister Tracey Boger. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
